About the Role
Helmsted is the AI-native operating system for wealth advisors of complex households: planning, tax and estate analysis, meetings and the client portal, run by agents that do the work. Small team, live with pilot firms, shipping daily.
You’d build the agents and the intelligence behind them with our CTO: evals and systems that improve from their own usage, long-term memory, retrieval over millions of documents, model routing and cost, and secure, permissioned access to client data. Fintech experience is a plus, not a requirement.
Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: $160K–$200K + equity
- Remote in the US today, with eventual relocation as the team centralizes
- Paid sick leave
