About the Role
RouteWorkz Property Services is building recurring property-service accounts in Colorado and is looking for a remote researcher and coordinator to help build and organize our contractor network. We need reliable independent service providers ready on the fulfillment side before accounts start coming in.
This is not a role for scraping hundreds of business names. We need someone who can identify real operators, verify their services, review their online presence/work examples, organize their information, and help us build a dependable contractor bench by Colorado territory.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying companies/operators providing the following services:
- Snow removal
- Landscaping / grounds care
- Exterior property cleanup
- Litter / trash pickup
- Pressure washing
- Junk removal / hauling
- Commercial cleaning / porter services
- Light property maintenance
For each provider, you will collect and organize data including:
- Business/provider name
- Service offered
- Colorado service area
- Public contact information
- Website/social pages
- Portfolio or work photos
- Reviews/reputation
- Equipment/capabilities (when publicly available)
- Commercial experience
- Source links
- Notes on why they may be a good RouteWorkz fit
As the role develops, you may also help with initial outreach and contractor follow-up using RouteWorkz SOPs.
Note: You will not independently hire contractors, negotiate final agreements, promise work, or set contract pricing.
Process & Compensation
- Pay: $15/hr to start.
- First Step: A small paid trial with a defined scope and hour limit.
