I build and manage everything (design, dev, hosting, ongoing maintenance) but I'm not based in the US and it's tough to land clients there without someone local doing outreach.
Looking for someone in the US (or UK/Canada/Australia) who's good at finding small businesses that need a website or a redesign.
You bring the leads and close the deal, I handle all the technical work and client delivery.
This would work as a commission split, open to discussing percentage based on experience. Ideal if you already know small business owners, do local sales/marketing, or have a network you can tap into.
