About the Role

Senior Backend Engineer

Own and scale core services using FastAPI, MongoDB/Postgres, Docker, and AWS. Build APIs and infrastructure around production LLMs, improve architecture and observability, and turn prototypes into reliable systems at healthcare scale.

Software Engineer (Full Stack)

Ship end-to-end features with FastAPI, React/React Native, and modern tooling. Integrate directly with LLMs, move fast on MVPs, and evolve them into production systems clinicians depend on every day.
