Stack: n8n, Make, OpenAI API, HubSpot, Airtable, Notion, Google Workspace. Also build RAG systems if anyone needs that.
Pricing is fixed, not hourly. You know exactly what your paying before we start. 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. Payments via Wise so USD and GBP both work perfectly fine.
Since im looking to build my first few client reviews, im offering 50% off my normal rates for the next 3 projects only. The discount is real but the work quality wont reflect it.
Rough idea of what projects cost at this founding rate:
\- Simple workflow (notifications, CRM push, basic integrations) – $100 to $200
\- Mid level (chatbot, onboarding flow, email sequences) – $250 to $450
\- Full AI pipeline (lead gen + qualify + score + booking) – $750 to $1,000
