Responsibilities and Attributes
- Conduct active prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
- Identify and map qualified leads within the ideal customer profile (ICP).
- Use consultative sales techniques to engage potential clients and understand their needs.
- Maintain and update the CRM (HubSpot) with accurate and strategic information.
- Create personalized contact cadences and perform quality follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the Growth and Marketing team to optimize prospecting strategies.
- Generate SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads) for the sales team, ensuring a consistent and qualified pipeline.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Prior experience as a BDR, SDR, or in related commercial roles (minimum of 6 months).
- Knowledge of prospecting and consultative sales techniques (SPIN, BANT, etc.).
- Experience using CRMs (HubSpot is a plus).
- Ability to work with prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Ramper, or similar.
- Familiarity with prospecting KPIs (number of leads worked, conversion rate, etc.).
Nice to Have
- Certifications or courses in the sales area (Inbound Sales, Outbound Sales, etc.).
- Experience with prospecting in companies in the technology or education segment.
- Ability to personalize prospecting cadences and strategic approaches.
- Experience in a 100% remote commercial environment.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and Growth strategies.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary, health, food, and well-being:
- Meal Allowance: R$710.00 per month (deposited on a flexible benefit card);
- Food Allowance: R$167.00 per month;
- Home-office support, which you can use as you prefer: R$90.00 per month;
