Responsibilities and Attributes

  • Conduct active prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
  • Identify and map qualified leads within the ideal customer profile (ICP).
  • Use consultative sales techniques to engage potential clients and understand their needs.
  • Maintain and update the CRM (HubSpot) with accurate and strategic information.
  • Create personalized contact cadences and perform quality follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the Growth and Marketing team to optimize prospecting strategies.
  • Generate SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads) for the sales team, ensuring a consistent and qualified pipeline.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a BDR, SDR, or in related commercial roles (minimum of 6 months).
  • Knowledge of prospecting and consultative sales techniques (SPIN, BANT, etc.).
  • Experience using CRMs (HubSpot is a plus).
  • Ability to work with prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Ramper, or similar.
  • Familiarity with prospecting KPIs (number of leads worked, conversion rate, etc.).

Nice to Have

  • Certifications or courses in the sales area (Inbound Sales, Outbound Sales, etc.).
  • Experience with prospecting in companies in the technology or education segment.
  • Ability to personalize prospecting cadences and strategic approaches.
  • Experience in a 100% remote commercial environment.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and Growth strategies.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary, health, food, and well-being:

  • Meal Allowance: R$710.00 per month (deposited on a flexible benefit card);
  • Food Allowance: R$167.00 per month;
  • Home-office support, which you can use as you prefer: R$90.00 per month;
