Part-Time Community Growth Operators - Hiring
We are looking for 10–20 part-time social media / community growth operators to help us grow and engage online groups/subreddits.
About the Role
You will:
- Help grow assigned groups/subreddits from under 500 members to 500+ members
- Post relevant content to keep the community active
- Reply to comments and messages
- Encourage conversations and help new members feel welcome
Compensation
- $100 USD per group/subreddit
- Paid after the group/subreddit reaches 500+ members
- Negotiable salary when the group gets larger
Requirements
- Familiar with Reddit, Facebook Group, WhatsApp, Discord and/or other online communities
- Written English proficiency
- Respectful of community and platform rules (no spam, no fake accounts)
- Reliable and able to check in regularly
