About the Role
We are a growing fencing and perimeter security contractor (part of a larger multi-company group) looking for a General Manager to build out a new regional operation from scratch.
You will start solo—building customer relationships, chasing new business, and working with estimating—then hire and build out a team once work is secured. This is an opportunity to build your own operation with the backing of an established company.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $120,000 – $165,000
- Additional Benefits: Annual Bonus + Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) (equity on top of salary)
Key Requirements & Expectations
- Travel: This role requires heavy travel. Expect extended time in different states as we stand up operations nationwide.
- Leadership: Ability to build an operation from the ground up, including hiring and team management.
- Business Development: Experience in customer relationship management, business development, and estimating.
