The role is simple: make outbound calls, have real conversations with decision-makers, qualify interest, and schedule calls for a payment savings program.

**What you’ll do:**
Make outbound calls during scheduled calling hours
Speak with decision-makers
Qualify interest
Book appointments
Track calls and follow-ups

**Compensation:**
$15/hr base for scheduled calling hours
Commission on closed deals
Potential monthly residual income from accounts you help bring in
This is real hourly pay, not a draw against commission. Strong performers can earn above the base through commission and residuals.
**Requirements:**
Clear spoken English
Reliable phone setup for U.S. calls
Prior outbound calling experience
Consistent availability
Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
