We are looking for a Tech Lead / Software Architect to join our development team and drive our pursuit of technical excellence and continuous innovation.

Responsibilities
- Lead a development team, providing technical guidance and inspiring leadership
- Lead the initiative to adopt CI&T's new development model, deeply integrated with AI with Flow
- Foster the monitoring of metrics that allow monitoring the maturity of the engineering team
- Actively participate in agile rituals, such as daily meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Act on the development backlog, ensuring the delivery of value to the business
- Design, develop, and implement technical solutions, ensuring the quality and scalability of systems
- Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with the best software engineering practices
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team, promoting the exchange of knowledge and professional development
Requirements
- Experience acting as a focal point for the client
- Clear and objective communication, navigating between the technical and business layers
- Experience in Java development with Spring Boot, with significant experience in developing web applications and RESTful services
- Knowledge of React and web development
- Experience with cloud services (AWS or Azure)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams
- Experience with agile software development methodologies and DevOps practices
