Job Title: Experienced Performance-Based Marketers

About the Role

We are a consultancy company operating in online entertainment, focusing on iGaming platforms. We are looking to scale our operations and are seeking experienced performance-based marketers to partner with. We aim to source high-quality, US-based clients through ethical and compliant channels.

Compensation

We offer the following compensation structure:

$500 per successful referral from New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Michigan (our core markets).
$222 per successful referral from Arizona, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Missouri, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wyoming.

You will be paid regardless of each client's results as long as they onboard successfully. There is no cap on the number of clients you can bring. Payment options include monthly or per-conversion (your choice). We prioritize quality over volume.

Why These States?

Only about half of all US states have legalized online wagering. Platform availability varies by state, and some are not lucrative enough to be included. New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Michigan offer the most opportunity, hence the higher reward.

Responsibilities

Identifying and reaching qualified US prospects through your own channels (content, communities, direct outreach, email, partnerships, etc.).
Pre-qualifying leads based on clear criteria we provide.
Introducing interested prospects to us (warm handoff).
No selling scripts or cold calling required unless that’s your strength.

We handle onboarding, fulfillment, compliance, and support.

Requirements

Experienced marketers with skills in lead generation, affiliate marketing, or client acquisition.
Ability to promote our offer in a compliant and legal manner.
If you already have traffic, communities, or outreach systems, this can become a solid recurring income stream.
