About the Role
Ring Relay provides AI phone receptionists to US home-services businesses (plumbing, HVAC, water damage restoration) to ensure they never miss a potential job. We are an early-stage company currently building our first support team.
Responsibilities
- Respond to questions from our clients, who are US small-business owners.
- Help onboard new clients by gathering their business details, hours, services, and booking rules.
- Monitor how the AI receptionist is performing on live calls and flag any issues.
- Keep clean records of every client interaction.
- Support outreach and lead research as we grow.
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English (clear and professional).
- Comfortable working with US-based business owners during US business hours.
- Organized, reliable, and able to work independently without supervision.
- Quick to learn new tools.
- Bonus: Previous customer support, virtual assistant, or client-facing experience is a plus.
Compensation & Details
- Location: 100% remote (work from anywhere).
- Pay: $25–45/hour, based on experience.
- Schedule: Part-time to start, with room to grow.
- Employment Type: Contract role.
