About the Role
Cocient is a human data and AI training platform. We contract experienced professionals to produce evals and training data for AI labs: writing hard, realistic problems in your field, grading model answers, and pinning down where a model's reasoning breaks.
Compensation
Pay by field, depending on experience:
- Software engineering: $70–150/hr
- Data science: $60–130/hr
- Finance: $90–180/hr
- Medicine: $120–250/hr
- Law: $80–200/hr
- Science and engineering: $50–120/hr
