About the Role
The Customer Success Manager accompanies students throughout their learning journey to promote their engagement, progress, and overall success. You will answer their questions, quickly identify obstacles, offer personalized support, and guide them to the right resources. By ensuring a positive, consistent student experience aligned with EFA's vision, you directly contribute to the satisfaction, retention, and success of our community of learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Accompany students throughout their journey to ensure a smooth, positive, and motivating experience.
- Respond quickly to student requests (support, guidance, platform, training, access, etc.).
- Proactively identify obstacles or challenges encountered by students and propose appropriate solutions.
- Provide personalized follow-up for students requiring additional support or guidance.
- Direct students to the appropriate resources (coaching sessions, modules, documents, support team, etc.).
- Monitor student progress and intervene in case of disengagement or blockage.
- Identify opportunities to improve the student journey by suggesting additional training or services to promote their success.
- Collaborate with the pedagogical, marketing, innovation, and support teams to continuously improve the student experience.
- Document interactions and observations in internal tools to ensure consistent follow-up.
- Report trends, recurring issues, or opportunities to improve the student experience.
- Represent EFA as an ambassador of our vision by offering a human, professional, and success-oriented service.
Requirements
- Bilingualism (French and English) required.
- Bachelor's degree in administration, education, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a sales representative.
- Excellent customer service orientation, positive attitude, and empathetic approach.
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close sales and meet or exceed targets.
- Mastery of CRM software (HubSpot), email marketing tools, and sales-related technologies.
- Strong interest in innovation and familiarity with artificial intelligence-based solutions.
- Ability to take initiative and act proactively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as a team.
- Comfortable in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
- Experience in the e-learning and/or finance sector (an asset).
Conditions and Benefits
- Full-time position: 100% remote, with flexible hours aligned with Eastern Time (EST).
- Salary: Base + Commissions
