About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Material Planner & Support professional to support material planning, supply chain coordination, production requirements, and vendor scheduling. The ideal candidate will have experience with SAP, supply chain processes, and Microsoft applications, along with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Performance Objectives / What You'll Be Doing

Maintain accurate material planning information in SAP and Kinaxis Rapid Response, updating information as materials and products change.
Manage material changes to support business plans and minimize material obsolescence.
Coordinate material production with packaging and graphics timelines in collaboration with Operations, Marketing, Planning, and Packaging teams.
Work with vendors to coordinate schedules and establish priorities to prevent supply constraints and customer service issues.
Ensure vendor resources and schedules support overall business requirements.
Execute material requirement plans to ensure the availability of supplies and work-in-process materials needed to support production schedules.
Support special projects related to logistics and supply chain operations as assigned.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify material planning issues and develop solutions.
Monitor material requirements and coordinate priorities to help maintain production continuity.
Support accurate and timely planning data to improve supply availability and overall operational efficiency.

Position Details

Location: Hybrid - Neenah, WI OR Roswell, GA
Duration: 9-month contract
Employment Type: Contract role on W-2 through Above and Beyond Talent Acquisition, Inc. (A&B Talent)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Must be authorized to work in the US.
