We build radar + ML for smart cities, sports analytics, smart buildings, and defense perception. Our sensors see what cameras can't — 24/7, through walls, weather, and crowds, with no faces and no audio.

Our customers include the Dutch police, Gemeente Den Haag, Gemeente Amsterdam, KLM, and the Koninklijke Marechaussee. We are also a proud partner of TU Delft.

The Role

We are hiring our first Radar AI Engineer to own the full pipeline end-to-end: from raw FMCW/MIMO signal in, to deployed embedded model out (ONNX, TensorRT, edge TPUs). You will work with real hardware and real customers in a privacy-first environment.

Requirements

Education: MSc or PhD in Machine Learning, Electrical Engineering, or Signal Processing.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in PyTorch and Python.
Experience: Proven experience with embedded deployment.
Bonus Skills: Experience with Rust or C/C++ is a plus.
Eligibility: Must be EU-based or eligible for an NL visa. We sponsor highly-skilled-migrants and support the 30% ruling for the right candidate.
