[Hiring] Full-Time Video Editor — Performance Ads / AI-Native (Remote)
About the Company
We're a fast-growing, 7-figure menswear brand in the DACH market. Built on one core product, scaled with direct response ads, and now entering an aggressive growth phase with new product lines, new markets, and a creative system that needs to produce at serious volume.
We move fast. We test everything. We operate fully remote with async-first communication (Notion, Loom, Google Drive). No useless meetings, no agency layers. You work directly with the Founder and a small, sharp team where your output has a direct line to revenue.
About the Role
You are the creative engine — producing high-volume direct response ads across formats and styles. Speed matters. Quality matters. But what matters most is that your ads convert.
This role is roughly 70% traditional editing and 30% AI-assisted production, and that ratio is shifting fast. You'll be building ads using AI voiceover, AI-generated UGC, lip-synced creator clips, and AI B-roll. You need to be comfortable with that trajectory and excited about it.

- High-volume B-roll/compilation ads
- UGC-style and AI-generated creator content
- AI voiceover ads
- Lip-synced creator clips
- Street interviews
- VSLs
- Meta & TikTok performance ads
AI Tools in Your Workflow:
- ElevenLabs
- Higgsfield
- HeyGen / LipDub
- Sora / Runway / Kling
- Claude / ChatGPT
- CapCut / Premiere Pro / DaVinci
Requirements
- Full-time availability — this is not freelance
- 2+ years editing for DTC / ecommerce brands
- Strong marketing IQ and direct response intuition
- Actively using AI tools in your current workflow
- Fast, reliable internet
- Self-directed execution — you deliver without hand-holding
- English fluency
Strong Plus: German language skills. We operate heavily in the DACH market. Speakers go to the top of the list.
