📢 WE'RE HIRING: Graphic Designer VA — Part-time
💻 Remote | Freelance | \\\\\\\~$600 USD/month or per-project with bonuses based on output quality
We're looking for someone with a keen eye for design to help build our apparel line. The role starts with visual research and curation, and grows into hands-on design work as you prove your taste. We'd rather develop one person than keep outsourcing.
🔹 What You'll Do
• Track what's trending in pop culture, fandom, gaming and streetwear
• Source and curate artwork with commercial potential
• Identify what will actually sell, not just what looks good
• Use Photoshop, Canva, or your preferred software to create original designs, mock-ups, and production files
🔹 What We're Looking For
✅ Strong visual taste and design instinct
✅ A finger on the pulse of internet and pop culture
✅ Attention to detail
✅ Clear written English
⭐ Preferred
• Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva
• A portfolio or personal work of any kind
💰 Compensation —
• \\\\\\\~$600 USD/month salary or per project pay, based on your preference
• Trial: $50 CAD on delivery, plus a bonus based on how the output performs
