Nythe is a digital infrastructure and web agency scaling rapidly. We are seeking top-tier closers to drive outreach and sales. We specialize in building high-converting websites and AI automation for businesses. This is a 100% commission-based role.
Compensation
This is a commission-based position with an uncapped earning potential.
- Average project cost: $500
- Initial commission: 30% on the first 5 sales
- Standard commission: 20%
- Potential commission increase: Up to 35% based on consistent results
What We Need
- Cold Callers:
- Ability to effectively handle objections and pivot from "not interested" to securing a meeting.
- Closers:
- Proven ability to convert leads into signed contracts.
- Experience handling high-ticket objections.
- A strong advantage if you understand trades (landscaping, HVAC, etc.) or B2B scaling.
