About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior RHEL Engineer to lead Red Hat OpenShift environments and support mission-critical federal systems.
Requirements
- Active Secret clearance — REQUIRED
- U.S. Citizen (dual citizens cannot be considered)
- 12+ years of total experience
- 7+ years of direct RHEL experience
- Clear career progression in RHEL engineering
- 4+ years of hands-on OpenShift experience
- Strong system integration and DevOps experience
- Red Hat OpenShift cluster deployment and management
- Kubernetes / Red Hat Advanced Cluster Manager experience
- Prometheus, Loki, Grafana, or similar monitoring/logging tools
- Red Hat Satellite experience
- Automation and CI/CD pipeline experience
- RHEL networking services including DNS, DHCP, and NFS
- SELinux, firewall configuration, kernel tuning, and system optimization
- Disaster recovery and backup strategy experience
- Cloud security, IAM, encryption, and network security experience
- Ability to work onsite five days per week in Colorado Springs, CO
- Availability for a rotational on-call schedule
