I'm the founder of Normcore.io, an autoscaling game server hosting service and Unity plugin that includes all of the pieces you need to create a multiplayer game. We launched a few years ago and have hosted over 1 billion multiplayer games since launch. About the Role
We're looking to hire a Head of Strategic Finance. You will be responsible for:
- Modeling our revenue streams
- Creating financial projections for the company
- Helping design the monetization strategy for our titles
We make heavy use of Claude for Excel and Claude Code to create tools to track popular titles, store charts, basically any data we can use to understand the gaming market. We then use that data to determine the direction for the company.
