About the Role
This position is for our Product Manager Talent Bank. When a vacancy arises, we will first look at the Talent Bank and call the pre-approved people.
By registering for this position, you will go through our selection process and become a person suitable for opportunities that may arise at any time.
With the Talent Bank, there are no deadlines between stages, but as you progress, you become more likely to be contacted and called for interviews, in addition to being pre-approved to be part of our team.
Responsibilities
- Participate and collaborate in defining KR's and their KPIs
- Perform UX research
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data
- Prioritize problems and features
- Develop and manage the product backlog
- Operationalize the in-depth mapping of opportunities/problems and their impacts, using facts and data
- Plan and agree with the technical team the execution of the initiatives prioritized in the Squad
Requirements and Qualifications
- Knowledge of the Discovery process and its methodologies
- Know UX research techniques
- Experience as UX, PM, PO or have a Consulting background
- Analytical ability to identify problems and raise hypotheses
- Know how to conduct meetings with clients and stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial profile to identify opportunities in the market
