[HIRING] eBay Listing & Draft Optimization Assistant

I'm looking for someone with 1–2+ years of experience in eCommerce or eBay management who can help optimize my eBay drafts and provide feedback on how to improve sales and sell products faster.
What You'll Be Doing
- Reviewing eBay drafts before they go live
- Optimizing titles, item specifics, pricing, and categories
- Improving listing quality and visibility
- Providing suggestions to increase conversions and sell-through rates
- Identifying mistakes or missed opportunities in listings
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of eBay or eCommerce experience
- Strong understanding of eBay SEO and listing optimization
- Experience with product research and pricing strategies
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to explain why changes should be made
Important: I am not looking for AI-generated descriptions or generic AI-written content. I prefer concise, factual, human-written listings that focus on the information buyers actually need and help products sell.
Compensation
I'm currently thinking of paying on a per-draft basis rather than hourly, since the workload may vary between listings. However, I'm open to other payment structures if you have a better suggestion.
