Job Title: US-based Part-Time AI-Savvy Developer/Assistant

Compensation: $500/week

About the Role

We are seeking a US-based, part-time (20 hours/week) always-on AI-savvy developer/assistant to work directly with the CEO on various business matters. This role requires someone who is comfortable jumping between technical tasks and general assistant duties. The ideal candidate will be on a path (3-5 years) to a C-suite position with a $600k+/year salary.

Responsibilities

  • Ship landing pages
  • Set up smart locks
  • Prepare contracts
  • Manage Photoshop freelancers
  • Inbox gatekeeper: triage, draft with AI, purge noise
  • Closed-loop officer: chase commitments, deliver outcomes without nudges
  • Issue crusher: say "I'm on it", gather options, deliver comparison matrix within a few hours
  • System builder: turn repeat tasks into documented processes or automations
  • External brain: catalog every idea, decision and contact for instant recall
  • Transformer: convert vague asks into concrete outputs with data and next steps
  • Rapid upskilling: if unfamiliar with topic, learn with AI and deliver anyway
  • Meeting proxy: confidently represent CEO in routine meetings, deliver 90-second debriefs
  • Anticipator: solve next week's problems today, gather tomorrow's data now

Sample Scenarios

  1. Monthly Instagram stats pulled manually for investors. You wire Apify scraper to Google Sheet via Apps Script, add pivot tables and charts, propose sharing live link with investors for simple yes/no
  2. Notice repeated paperwork. Create templates and checklists, cut prep time to minutes. Think in systems to automate everything possible.
  3. CEO CCs you on email with 2 commitments. You ensure delivery, follow up repeatedly, introduce yourself to other party, research with AI, drive to completion unprompted.
  4. Transform "we should look into that market" into 3-page brief with market size, top 5 competitors, 3 entry strategies, 2 expert calls scheduled.

Requirements

  • US citizen or green card holder
  • Energetic, proactive, comfortable jumping between tech work and assistant tasks
  • Willing to travel 3-7 days every 1-6 months on assignments or with CEO

Core Skills

  • AI mastery: Expert with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini including Playground/Console/AI Studio, deep research, image creation
  • Coding tools: Expert with Cursor or similar (Claude Code, Codex, etc)
  • Automation: Build simple automations without Zapier (e.g., Apps Script pulling external data into Google Sheets)
  • Advanced Google Sheets: Know when to use Pivot Tables, ArrayFormulas, Queries, etc. Can correctly prompt AI for complex functions like Lambda, Let, Sequence, Scan, etc.
  • Communication: Clear, succinct, proactive
