About the Role:
Independent founder building an early-stage NYC real estate intelligence tool is seeking paid consultants for product research.
Requirements:
We are looking for:
- Asset managers, property managers, or operators running NYC portfolios
- 5+ years of experience
- Portfolios of 100+ units or 250K+ sf
- Direct ownership of compliance (LL97, LL126, FISP), capex planning, or DD workflows
Responsibilities:
As a consultant, you will:
- Walk me through how you manage building data, filings, and compliance today
- Tell me what's broken and what you'd want from a portfolio-level tool
- Provide light feedback on dashboard concepts
Logistics:
- Compensation: $200/hr, 1099
- Time Commitment: 5–10 hours over 4–6 weeks
- Location: Remote
