About the Role
Build end-to-end digital financial experiences.
Akropoli is developing financial products integrated into the retail consumption journey. As part of the Rock Encantech ecosystem, we have access to a unique set of data that allows us to create highly contextualized financial experiences.
We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to build modern financial miniapps — working on both the user experience and the backend logic and integration with financial services.
The Problem We Are Solving
Create simple, fast, and reliable digital financial experiences within the consumption journey. This means allowing users to access services such as credit, payments, and financial intelligence directly at the time of purchase, with low friction and high performance.
What You Will Do
- Develop fullstack applications (frontend + backend) for financial products
- Build miniapps integrated with apps, marketplaces, and superapps
- Develop and evolve APIs that support financial journeys
- Work closely with product, design, and data teams
- Ensure quality, performance, and scalability of solutions
- Participate in architectural decisions with a focus on simplicity and speed
Stack and Tech Environment
We work with a modern and product-oriented stack:
- React or Flutter (frontend)
- Node.js / REST APIs (backend)
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- Microservices-based architecture
- Integration with external services (Open Finance, payments, credit)
- Modern design systems
The Profile We Are Looking For
- Solid experience as a Fullstack Engineer
- Strong command of JavaScript or TypeScript
- Experience with API development
- Experience with scalable digital applications
- Ability to act with autonomy and product vision
- Pragmatic mindset (focus on delivering value quickly)
Nice to Haves
- Experience in fintechs or financial products
- Experience with miniapps, superapps, or marketplaces
- Experience with payment or credit integrations
- Experience with event-driven architecture
