Hello everyone, I run a decent sized Youtube/instagram/tiktok account, and I'm looking to get a lot of short-form videos out to promote some anime products. Specifically, Genshin impact products. I'm looking to get a lot of content out so I'll likely be hiring multiple editors, meaning your chance of getting hired is high if the quality is good.
I'm looking for editor who’s creative, **reliable**, and **\*has created high-performing short-form videos in the past\*,** with a good understanding of how to make a strong hook/reel. I'm looking for creative ways to promote these products in a way that the short-form video can go organically viral.
My budget is pretty free for these and I can go up to $50+ per reel based on performance.
