Lead Software Engineer
- Design and build LLM-driven workflows to ingest, normalize, and maintain production-grade data from disparate sources.
- Define schemas, data contracts, and ranking/retrieval logic.
- ~10+ years of experience, backend/data infrastructure.

- Own the frontend experience and analytics instrumentation (Segment, PostHog, GTM).
- Ship features end-to-end, measure impact, identify improvement opportunities from user testing and passive analytics.
- Collaborate with Product Manager and Product Designer.
- Fullstack with a frontend focus — comfortable across the stack but you care about what users see and feel.
