About the Role
We are seeking a Lead Account Manager to join our growing team. We currently work with 10 models and are experiencing rapid growth.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the QA team
- Overseeing and creating training manuals for the chatting team
- Tracking account performance
- Planning and implementing account strategies
- Creating content requests and liaising with clients for customs and queries
- Account posting and mass messages, working with our VAs and graphic designers for both VIP & Free accounts
Requirements
- Chatting experience is required.
Compensation
- Rate: $2000/month, negotiable with bonus.
