About The Role

The Pool Technician candidate will report to the Director of Engineering and Engineering Department Manager. The successful candidate’s responsibility is to preserve the good condition and functionality of premises. A role requires a thorough professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines.

We are looking for individuals who have a passion for delivering the best-in-class service and can inspire the same results in their team. Must be able to take directions and follow through on assignments.

Applicants will be a willing team player, comfortable with computer systems and willing to accept assignments on an as-needed basis to promote teamwork. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays is required.

What You Will Do

  • Clean swimming pools by skimming debris, vacuuming, brushing walls, and emptying skimmer baskets.
  • Test and balance pool water chemistry, including chlorine, pH, alkalinity, and other chemical levels.
  • Add and adjust chemicals according to safety guidelines and company standards.
  • Inspect, maintain, and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators, and automation systems.
  • Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and recommend repairs or replacements.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on pool systems.
  • Maintain accurate service records, including water test results and maintenance performed.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company procedures.
  • Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in a clean and organized condition.

Schedule & Hours

  • Successful candidates will be hired as a regular, full-time employee.
  • Candidates are expected to work: day, evening, holidays, overnight, and/or weekends.
