About the Role

We are seeking a Workday HR Data & Reporting Analyst to support HR reporting, analytics, and data quality initiatives. In this role, you will build and maintain Workday reports and dashboards, analyze HR data, troubleshoot reporting issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate workforce insights.

Requirements

Experience with Workday Payroll and HCM
Knowledge of Workday HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence modules
Ability to build, test, and maintain Workday reports and dashboards
Strong HR data analysis and reporting skills
Experience with data validation, auditing, and troubleshooting
Knowledge of HR metrics and analytics
Ability to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders
Experience improving reporting processes and automation
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality
Workday Report Writer experience required
PRISM experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Gather requirements and build Workday reports for HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence modules
Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards that provide HR leadership with key workforce metrics
Build reliable and accurate reports to support data research, troubleshooting, and audits
Research and resolve data quality issues to ensure reporting accuracy
Collaborate with technical teams to define reporting requirements and dashboard enhancements
Improve reporting processes, automation, and HR analytics capabilities
Partner with business stakeholders to prioritize and deliver reporting projects
Ensure reports comply with data privacy policies and secure delivery standards

Location & Compensation

Location: Milwaukee, WI (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $30.00 to $32.00/hour W-2
