About the Role

Is your Shopify inbox starting to become a full-time job? Between answering "Where's my order?", processing refunds, handling returns, and dealing with upset customers, it's easy for customer support to take time away from actually growing your store.

I am a Virtual Assistant and Ecommerce Customer Support Specialist looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing Shopify brand. My goal is to take customer support off your plate so you can focus on marketing, product development, and scaling your business.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 8+ years of total customer service experience.
  • 3+ years working directly with ecommerce businesses.
  • Hands-on experience with: Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk, Notion, Fishbowl Inventory, WooCommerce, and Google Workspace.
  • Proven track record of handling 50–100 customer conversations every day across email, chat, and phone.
  • Experienced in managing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and resolving escalations.
