BeOutlier is an after-school entrepreneurship program for 13 to 17-year-olds in Mumbai. Our students build real brands, real projects, and earn real money.
Responsibilities
- Content ideation and scripting.
- Carousel design from end to end (using Canva or Figma).
- Managing and executing a weekly content calendar.
- Briefing video editors and reviewing final cuts.
- Coordinating shoots with students, parents, and schools.
- On-ground shooting at our Mumbai sessions (Mumbai-based candidates only).
What We Provide
We have a established brand identity, positioning, content pillars, and three cohorts of raw footage ready for use.
Compensation
- Rate: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month for roughly 12–15 deliverables.
- Payment: Paid monthly via UPI or bank transfer.
- Flexibility: Open to a per-deliverable rate if preferred.
