We’re a small team working with self-managing landlords who are overwhelmed by tenant communication, rent tracking, and day-to-day admin. We’re not a property management company. We help owners keep rent, maintenance, and tenant messages organized so they’re not juggling texts, emails, and spreadsheets.
We’re looking for someone who can find and reach out to landlords or small investors (through Facebook groups, Craigslist, forums, networking, etc.) and make warm introductions to owners who are genuinely interested in hearing about a simpler way to manage their rentals.
No hard selling, no closing. This is about starting conversations and making intros.
Pay: $100 per activated landlord (flexible depending on experience and results).
Work: Fully remote, async-friendly.
Good fit if: You’re comfortable talking to people, know where landlords hang out online, and can explain things clearly without sounding spammy.
