About Wildling Shoes
Steps can do more than we think: They influence how we feel, move, and live. That's why we make shoes that are as minimal as possible and give our feet their natural freedom back. Because we are actually made for going barefoot. What began in 2015 with the search for suitable children's shoes became a mission: as little shoe as possible, as much as necessary. Made from natural materials and under fair conditions - for a holistic, free feeling of walking. Steps we take in Wildlings bring us a little closer to ourselves again and let us feel what we and our feet are made for. Conscious movements, the fascination of nature, the power of the moment – Wildling our lives with every step.
Your Role at Wildling
As Product Owner CRM (w/m/d - all genders welcome!), you are responsible for the further development of Wildling's CRM along the entire customer journey. You ensure that our CR strategy is effectively implemented - with the goal of strengthening orientation, repeat purchases, and long-term customer loyalty. You take on the technical leadership of the CRM stream, work with Creative Strategists and our analysts, and shape CRM as a central component of the brand experience.
Responsibilities
- You take on the technical responsibility for the CRM / Customer Relations stream and continuously develop it.
- You translate the CRM strategy into concrete CRM journeys, campaigns, and systems along the customer lifecycle - from onboarding to retention and winback.
- You develop and maintain a clear segmentation and progression logic based on customer, purchase, and behavioral data.
- You design and optimize CRM campaigns, automations, and brand-defining communication moments via e-mail, WhatsApp, and SMS.
- You ensure brand-compliant, consistent, and appreciative CRM communication across all relevant touchpoints.
- You work data-based with Shopify data, CRM KPIs, surveys, and customer feedback and derive concrete optimizations from it.
- You work closely with Creative Strategists, analysts, and developers and connect brand, data, and technology.
Requirements
- CRM & Lifecycle: Several years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, and retention marketing (ideally E-Com/D2C) with a holistic view of the customer lifecycle.
- Channels & Journeys: Very strong hands-on experience in e-mail and WhatsApp/SMS marketing and the development of high-performing, brand-compliant, cross-channel journeys.
- Klaviyo: In-depth operational expertise from setup and strategy to flows, segmentation and QA to reporting and optimization.
- Data & Tech: Data-driven way of working, strong in analysis, testing, and optimization; very good understanding of Shopify, CRM data, integrations, and data hygiene.
- Working Method & Mindset: Structured, self-responsible way of working with a high level of brand understanding, ownership, curiosity, and secure communication in German and English.
