[Hiring] Social Media Content Posting Specialists (USA, Canada, UK)
We are a startup team building a large-scale digital platform and are expanding our distribution operations. We are currently seeking Social Media Content Posting Specialists based in the USA, Canada, or the UK to support growth across short-form and video platforms.
Responsibilities
- Publish content across multiple accounts on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Execute posting workflows based on predefined guidelines
- Apply provided content, captions, hashtags, and platform-specific variables
- Ensure consistency, scheduling accuracy, and operational reliability across channels
Compensation & Upside
- Equity participation
- Profit-sharing from early platform releases
- Full ownership of all monetization revenue generated from the channels/pages you manage
- The scope and workload are designed to be comparable to an effective hourly value in the ~$20–$35/hour range, depending on scale and performance, though compensation is structured around equity, revenue participation, and channel ownership rather than hourly wages
Requirements
- Based in USA / Canada / UK
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube posting workflows
- Strong reliability and execution discipline
- Prior experience is a plus but not required
