Mission 🎯

Develop the business in Latin America, driving the acquisition and growth of key accounts and the expansion of Minderest in the Pricing Intelligence SaaS market, generating impact on retailers, manufacturers, and pure players in the region.

Key Responsibilities 🎯

  • New Business Development: Active prospecting of enterprise clients in Peru and LATAM, identifying high-value strategic opportunities.
  • Key Account Management: Develop strong and sustained relationships with major accounts in the retail and e-commerce sector.
  • Executive Relations: Manage meetings with C-level executives and managers of large companies, offering strategic consulting in pricing and market intelligence.
  • Go-to-Market: Execute commercial strategies adapted to each country, aligned with global objectives.
  • Networking: Represent Minderest at fairs, conferences, and sector associations (Fenalco, CCCE, CAPECE, ACCEP, CCL, etc.) to position the brand and generate quality leads.
  • Complete Sales Cycle Management: From prospecting to closing, with a hunter focus and results-oriented.
  • Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare reliable commercial forecasts and report to the Regional Lead (USA) and the VP Growth (HQ).
  • Outbound & Social Selling: Maximize acquisition through modern sales strategies (LinkedIn, HubSpot, Sales Navigator).
  • Value Consulting: Act as a strategic partner for enterprise clients, providing insights and competitive advantages.
  • Autonomy and Adaptability: Perform with independence and resilience in a dynamic SaaS environment.
  • Availability to travel: As part of the responsibilities of the role, regular trips will be made for business visits and meetings with strategic clients, with the aim of strengthening relationships and detecting growth opportunities.

General Requirements 📚

  • +5 years of experience in B2B tech sales or consulting with retailers (ideally SaaS).
  • Networking in guilds and consultancies.
  • Solid knowledge of the retail and eCommerce ecosystem (Éxito, Olímpica, CCCE, Fenalco).
  • Experience in complex sales cycles with major accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline autonomously.
  • Native Spanish and professional English (minimum C1).
  • Executive presentation skills and dealing with C-level.
  • Consultative and ROI-oriented approach.
  • Based preferably in Lima.

Selection Process 📝

  • Interviews with the VP Growth, CEO, Regional Lead, and People.
  • Practical case and role play of SaaS consultative sales.
  • English test during the process.
  • Verification of work references.
