Assembly | Founding Engineer

About the Role
Assembly is a vertically-integrated, technology-native holding company that acquires industrial real estate. We take an AI-native approach across the full surface area of our business; data-based geography selection, owner outreach, due diligence, deal structuring / scenario analysis, property & tenant management, and more. Our intention is to build one of the largest real estate companies in the world, and to be the most technology-native real estate owner in history.
We are hiring a Founding Engineer (Full-Stack) to design and build our proprietary technology stack from inception. You will own the development of our tech stack and have significant autonomy to build.
Requirements
Experience with the following is relevant:
- Python
- React / TS
- LLM APIs
- Data pipelines
- FastAPI
- PostgreSQL
- Web scraping
- Entity resolution
