About the Role
We are hiring a Technical Writer for a long-term contract opportunity.
- Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite)
- Employment Type: Contract
Responsibilities
- Produce and maintain user guides, technical manuals, API documentation, release notes, and knowledge-base articles.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, IT, Engineering, and Compliance teams.
- Document API-driven workflows and business processes within the open banking/open finance ecosystem.
- Create and maintain API documentation using Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman, Confluence, JSON, and YAML.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, consistent, and aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of Technical Writing experience.
- Experience documenting APIs and software products.
- Strong knowledge of Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman, Confluence, JSON, and YAML.
- Experience working with Agile teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Banking, FinTech, Open Banking, or API-driven platforms is highly preferred.
Location Requirement
This is an onsite role in Atlanta, GA. Candidates who can work onsite are strongly preferred.
