What to Expect
- Independent consulting and further development of our customers around CRM strategies, e-mail marketing, marketing automation and data-driven campaigns.
- Conception, planning and management of customer projects while adhering to schedule, budget and quality standards.
- Taking over customer responsibility: from kick-off to technical and content project implementation to the ongoing optimization of existing CRM measures.
- Preparation, execution and follow-up of workshops and consulting appointments.
- Active further development of the CRM setup of our customers: You bring in new ideas, test approaches and question existing processes in order to continuously improve Customer Experience, efficiency and performance in CRM.
Requirements
- Experience in project management and project control and enjoyment of consulting and developing creative campaigns.
- Know-how in online and e-mail marketing.
- Structured, service-oriented work, reliability, flexibility and team spirit.
- Open to new things, communicative and confident in presentations.
- You are a communication talent and have very good German and English skills.
