About Arcforma AI
We build production AI systems inside other people's companies: hotel groups, automotive retail, creative agencies, and consumer brands. We work one industry at a time, sitting next to the operator whose job the system changes. Very little of our work is generic LLM plumbing.
Employment Tracks
We offer two ways to join our team. Please pick one track, as depth in one beats a tour of all three.
1. Contract (Project-Based)
- Rate: $50–$150/hr
- Focus: For people who already have domain expertise.
- Details: A scoped first project, typically three to six weeks. This is our primary need right now and our preferred way to start with senior-level talent.
2. Full-Time
- Salary: $80k–$120k + equity
- Focus: For strong engineers earlier in their career who want to go deep into one industry. We teach you the vertical; you bring the engineering.
Industry Tracks
You will own a system end-to-end (data in, evals, an interface the client actually opens) and must be able to sit with a non-technical operator to define the right spec.
Marketing
- Focus: Lifecycle and CRM automation, brief-to-asset pipelines, creative variants with brand guardrails, and attribution.
- Experience: You have fought HubSpot, Klaviyo, and the Meta and Google ad APIs.
Construction
- Focus: Invoices mapped to contracts, schedule of values, cost codes, pay applications, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and schedule impacts.
- Experience: You understand why generic invoice parsers stall when half the input is handwritten. Weighted toward ex-construction tech and people who have run operations at a GC or a sub.
Fashion and Luxury
- Focus: Merchandising and assortment planning, tech packs and PLM, Shopify Plus and PIM, allocation, replenishment, demand forecasting, size curves, markdown optimization, clienteling, and creative workflows.
