About the Role
We are a rapidly growing OF agency building next-generation AI models. We are seeking two specialists to collaborate on crafting highly attractive faces and aesthetics for our AI training datasets. Each project focuses on a complete transformation of one model, producing sufficient data for AI model training.
Roles & Responsibilities
Photoshop Expert
- Job involves editing faces of models in the OF industry (80% SFW, 20% NSFW)
- Tasks include changing eye color, hair styles, skin, and adding artistic techniques.
- Primary tool: Photoshop for initial edits.
- Optional: Use AI editing tools to enhance Photoshop edits, ensuring AI use is not obvious.
Facial Aesthetic Consultant ("Looksmaxxer")
- Advise on facial proportions, attractiveness ratios, and aesthetic optimization.
- Guide Photoshop Expert on specific adjustments (e.g., jawline, eyes, symmetry).
- Ensure each package maximizes appeal while maintaining realism.
Compensation
Photoshop Expert (20-30 images per package)
- $250-$500 per package
Facial Aesthetic Consultant ("Looksmaxxer") (20-30 images per package)
- $100-$200 per package (design the look/face; Photoshop Expert applies it across images)
