About the Role
We’re Humming Agent, building AI-first automation tools that help small teams streamline workflows and scale smarter.
We are looking for a contract AI Software Engineer to help expand our platform. This role is ideal for someone strong in Next.js who enjoys building dashboards and integrating AI systems.
What You'll Work On
- Build dashboards and internal tools with Next.js, TypeScript, Postgres, and MongoDB
- Develop RAG pipelines and work with vector databases (Pinecone, Redis, Qdrant)
- Integrate AI frameworks with AWS Bedrock and Azure AI Foundry
- Collaborate directly with the founder to design, build, and deploy fast iterations
Requirements
- Strong Next.js / React / TypeScript experience
- Hands-on with AWS and Azure (Bedrock, AI Foundry, etc.)
- Familiarity with RAG and vector DBs
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
Compensation
- Paid contract (hourly or milestone-based).
- Minimum: $35/hr
