About the Role

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as remote lead setters for an established credit repair & personal/business funding service. This is not a startup; we have served over 2500 clients and secured over $10M+ in funding.

The systems, scripts, closers, fulfillment, CRM, and payout structure are already in place. Your primary responsibility will be to start conversations and book qualified calls.

Responsibilities

DM / message people who need:
- Credit repair
- Credit building
- Personal or business funding
Use provided scripts
Book calls (no closing)

Compensation

Commission-only (1099)
20% base commission
25% commission after quota
Paid weekly
20% rolling reserve held for 60 days (standard chargeback protection)

Average commission per deal: $500–$625
