About the Role
Seeking a Social Media Manager to help grow the online presence of a subscription-based content creator. This is a flexible, remote role starting at 5–10 hours per week, with room to expand as traffic and revenue grow.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow multiple platforms: Twitter (X), Instagram, TikTok, and Reddit
- Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, and visibility
- Drive traffic to a subscription platform and maximize paid sign-ups
- Brainstorm and collaborate on content ideas with creator
- Create and schedule posts with strong captions, hashtags, and trend awareness
- Track performance using analytics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Stay on top of platform updates, best practices, and promotion tactics
Qualifications
- Proven experience growing social media accounts (personal or client-based)
- Strong grasp of growth tactics, especially for TikTok and Reddit
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach
- Familiarity with scheduling tools and analytics dashboards
- Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
- Brand building/management experience a strong plus
