About the Role

We are seeking reliable in-person mystery shop auditors to visit test centers across multiple U.S. locations. You will pose as a test candidate, follow a checklist (including specified misconduct checks), take required photos, and submit a Word audit report within 24 hours. One auditor may accept multiple locations if feasible. Applicants must be in/near the city and able to travel locally at their own expense (no travel reimbursement).

Key Responsibilities

Attend a real test as a candidate and observe the center.
Follow the audit checklist based on the manual provided and take mandatory photos (entrance, signage, parking, waiting area, accessibility, etc.).
Attempt specified misconduct checks where safe and feasible (e.g., sneak in and usage of phone inside test room, notes/scratch paper, taking breaks, trying to access other applications, etc.) and record outcomes.
Submit a completed Word audit report with embedded photos within 24 hours.

Requirements

Smartphone camera and reliable internet.
Must be located in/near the selected city and able to travel locally at own cost.
Can apply for multiple cities if you can cover them.
Able to follow the provided manual and update a Word document with clear details based on the evaluation.

Report Preparation: ~30 minutes
Deliverable: Word audit report with required photos and details

Compensation

$175 per completed center (paid after report approval). Due to official requirements, all payments are handled through Upwork; therefore, we request that you create a verified Upwork account.
