About the Role

We're looking for a GTM (Go-to-Market) partner to help sell RecruitmentOS, a B2B SaaS designed for recruitment agencies. RecruitmentOS helps agency owners win clients by:

  • Detecting hiring signals before jobs go live
  • Finding decision-maker contacts
  • Automating outreach

The product is live and has received solid early feedback.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for founder-led sales, including:

  • Cold outreach
  • LinkedIn engagement and DMs
  • Making calls

Requirements

  • Experience taking a B2B SaaS from 0 to first customers
  • Not an agency
  • Not focused on ads

Compensation

  • Equity or strong commission, depending on the setup.
