Job Title: TikTok/Social Media Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a TikTok/Social Media Manager to edit and optimize apartment walkthrough videos. The videos are filmed in Boston and are vertical, one-take recordings.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be able to:

Cut videos quickly and tighten the first 1–2 seconds
Add clean, readable captions
Optimize videos for watch time and retention
Handle basic TikTok SEO, including relevant keywords (price, neighborhood, features)
Write simple, search-based captions (avoiding hashtag spam)

Volume

10–20 videos per week, batch edits
The style should be native TikTok – no cinematic fluff.
