Job Title: Designer for Premium Tea Brand

I'm building a premium loose-leaf tea brand and looking for a designer to help refine and elevate the current look and feel.

The goal is to improve what already exists and make it feel more cohesive, premium, and intentional across:

• Website (Shopify)
• Email design
• Packaging

Style Direction

• Warm, heritage-inspired (not modern/minimal)
• Textured, editorial feel (paper, watercolor, natural elements)
• Inspired by older Teavana branding

What I Need (First Phase)

• Homepage visual concept / refinement
• A few reusable design elements (textures, backgrounds, etc.)
• 1–2 email design templates
• Light packaging direction

Compensation

Budget: $500-$2000, open to ideas
