Ruvant Media is an influencer marketing agency working with tech, productivity, and lifestyle brands. We are hiring outreach assistants.
Responsibilities
- Find Instagram and YouTube creators (50K to 600K followers) in our niches.
- Check each creator against our rules (paid partnership label, engagement, views).
- Find the brands they work with and their contact emails.
- Send 40 to 50 personalized outreach emails per day using our templates.
- Follow up and keep a daily tracker updated.
Requirements
- Excellent written English.
- You follow a process exactly as written, every time.
- Comfortable with Instagram, YouTube, Google Sheets, and Gmail.
- Own laptop and reliable internet.
- Lead generation or cold email experience is a plus (we will train you).
Schedule
- Full time: Monday to Friday.
- Must have at least 3 hours of overlap with Bahrain time (GMT+3).
Compensation
- Salary: Competitive monthly salary to be discussed.
- Bonus: Performance bonus included.
- Trial: Paid 1-week trial.
